Doc-U-Store's goal is to provide safe, secure storage of your documents and rapid retrievals when required.

All files and boxes are stored in specifically designed racking in our warehouse and documents are stored in archive boxes with no user identification on the box's. Box's are marked with barcoding that is linked to the proprietary database in use to log in as they arrive, then track then within the complex. Retrieved documents are logged out and back in again, and if required can be destroyed when no longer needed.

 If required Doc-U-Store can supply specially made heavy duty archive boxes which we can deliver to you.

Only Doc-U-Store staff have access to our warehouse and database, with security passwords updated regularly to ensure high levels of security at all times. Staff members are police checked and sign confidentiality agreements as well as rigorous confidentiality training on a regular basis, to ensure high standards are maintained

The premises are constantly monitored with a 24/7 back to base alarm system and strategies are in place for fire protection and pest control which are constantly monitored

The warehouses have been inspected and approved by the Public Records Office, and meets all the requirements to keep your records securely & safely stored.

Records can be accessed onsite at our warehouse or delivered to your place of business between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with 2 hours notice. However, we are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week for urgent retrievals.
