Our Process
Doc-U-Store’s goal is to provide safe, secure storage of your documents and rapid retrievals when required.
All records are stored within specifically designed racking in our warehouse. A unique barcode is applied prior to entry into storage. Each barcode is given a storage allocation which is saved to our proprietary database for ease of identification and retrieval purposes.
If required Doc-U-Store can supply specially made heavy duty archive boxes which can be delivered directly to you.
Doc-U-Store has the capacity to scan, copy and send documents up to A0 in size.
Documents are stored according to national document retention guidelines.

Only Doc-U-Store staff have access to our warehouse and database, with security passwords updated regularly to ensure high levels of security at all times. Staff members are police checked and sign confidentiality agreements as well as rigorous confidentiality training on a regular basis, to ensure high standards are maintained.
